VENDORS PERMITTED TO SELL AT THE EVENT
Only vendors who have applied and been accepted to the event are permitted to sell at the event or on the event grounds. Anyone caught selling without permission, will be expelled from the event.
OPERATIONS SCHEDULE
Merchandise vendors are expected to be set up and fully operational by 10 AM the first day of the event. The venue will be open for setup Wednesday afternoon at 3 PM. Your booth is expected to be staffed from from 10 AM - 8 PM daily. Tear down and cleanup must be completed by 11 PM Saturday.
PERMIT & FEE REQUIREMENTS
Vendors are responsible to collect appropriate sales tax on all merchandise sales. Upon acceptance to the event you will receive a Sales Special Event ID, this ID will be used to track and file instead of SSN, EIN, etc.
Baggers Brawl Cornament will not be responsible for sales tax on merchandise, it is the sole responsibility of the vendor.A $250 fee will be charged for an allotted 10' x 10' space or $400 for an allotted 10' x 20' space, one vendor per space, additional spaces may be purchased based on availability at time of application.

POWER
The Venue will provide 110V at no additional charge if available. Spots with outlets may be limited and will be given on a first come first serve basis.
VENDOR ITEMS TO BE EXCLUDED FROM SELL AT THE EVENT
Vendor items excluded from sell are food, beverages, illegal substances, cigarette and vaping products. Anyone caught selling these items, will be expelled from the event.
VENDOR ITEM EXCLUSIVITY
Baggers Brawl Cornament will limit how many vendors are approved that list similar items. Accepted vendors are asked to respect and not compete with the featured items of the tournament organizers or other vendors.
